Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Understand client site infrastructure and work together with client to roll out Thomson Reuters products.
- End to end owner of Thomson Reuters implementation orders/project.
- Apply proper project management skills to jobs with various scales.
- Coordinate with systems engineers, field engineers, outsourced partners during implementation.
- Liaise with internal teams to clean up all the dependencies.
- Single point of contact for customer communication during projects.
- Own client site documentation and maintain technical contacts

Scope & Impact:
- The CIS role ensures reduction in installation lead time by professional planning and project management and is responsible for accelerating revenue collection and reducing pending revenue. The role based in IMG hubs will impact all customers in the centers served by that hub. CIS will ensure right expertise and resources are brought together to provide a consistent and positive customer installation experience.

Relationships:
- CIS will build strong relationship with client IT and project management teams to ensure implementations are done correctly and on time. They will use excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate activities across various partners who are involved in the implementation process and ensure that stakeholder expectations are met consistently in all projects.

- Fluent in Janpanese
- Able to use English as working language with internal teams
- Multi-tasked, able to succeed in a mission critical environment
- Able to work with virtual teams to successfully deliver projects
- Able to understand and apply project management principles
- Good knowledge of network and telecommunication
- Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with various internal and external stake holders
- Logical thinker/problem solver who is self motivated and a strong contributor within a team

Professional Requirement:
- Proven experience in a technical customer support or implementation role.
- Proven experience to work independently, time management and escalation skills
- Experience in project management methodologies like PMI, Prince 2 etc

Certifications/ Education:
- Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent experience. Educational background should include knowledge of computers, networking and project planning tools. This role requires good background in written and verbal communication and understanding of project management principles. Knowledge of project management tools like MS Project and systems like Visio will be an added advantage.
