Job Responsibilities:

·Maintain FP sales channel: assist the business development manager to make annual plan on how to maintain existing business of each FP channel. Assist AM to maintain the existing relationship with each FP channels, ensure the smooth running，in charge of translation, verification and file of application materials of new FP dealer and annul /half year verification、UDR and other related FP work.

·Expand FP sales channels, assist business development manager to make new FP business exploration plan, and explore new FP business channel accordingly.

·Assist execute the FP DLR training plan: assist business development manager to make FP DLR training plan, to improve FP DLR business management ability.

·Produce FP business development report: go to the frontline, understand the FP business development status of dealers, and assist business development manager to research and produce the FP business development report.

·Research and assist the exploration of new financial FP business: conduct marketing research (for example: industry research, competitor investigation, effects of promotion investigation, FP deals feedback towards FP products and etc.), work with development manager to assist pier departments to produce FP products adaptable to market trend, competitive and innovative in the FP market.

·Coordinate relationship among each department: assist business development manager coordinate and maintain good relationship with pier departments, work together with them.

·According to the feedback from frontline, propose the improvement suggestion for FP interest, period or policy, and push it be effective.

·Maintain good relationship with respective manufactory, assist business development manager maintain relationship with salesman of each manufactory, and maintain good communication and cooperation of their sales department.

·Collect manufacturers’ requirement for FP product, and give the suggestion, making it be effective.

·Report the result of current product from manufacturer’s requirement, and improve it.

·Business data collecting and sharing among departments, assist business development manager to organize meeting, arrange meeting place, issue meeting notice and other related work.

·Outline and share meeting situation and excellent sales cases among 4 regions, collect and file meeting summary and other related work.

·Assist business development manager to plan regional meeting, collect regional meeting plan and outcome, analyze and file regional meeting summary and other related work.

Job Requirements:

 ·Bachelor degree or above from finance, auto, or marketing/sales industry 

·3 years sales experience in the financial or auto industry

·Strong computer literacy

·Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written & spoken)

·Suitable for frequent business trip
